At DSTC, We nurture a sense of belonging with a caring pastoral structure that ensures all students receive exceptional support, advice and guidance. We do all we can to ensure that students settle quickly into DSTC. Every student is allocated to a Tutor Group and has half an hour’s timetabled Tutor Time each day.

The Form Tutor is the focus for pastoral support, monitoring attendance, punctuality, rewards, sanctions and progress.

Pastoral Leaders support Raising Standards Leaders (RSL's) in overseeing the work that Form Tutors do.
