We are proud to put wellbeing at the centre of what we do at DSTC. We have a culture of communication and looking after each other, as well as an understanding that it is always "OK not to be OK". We have a member of pastoral, non-teaching staff attached to each Year team in school. They support our students when they are upset, worried or have an issue to discuss. We also have a full time, on-site counsellor. It is an honour and a pleasure to have been recognised by the "Kent Mental Health and Wellbeing Awards" for the work we have done around mental health.
